Frankincense, native to Africa and the Middle East is a woody, earthy, and spicy scent with a fruity nuance and contains properties that reduce feelings of anxiety and stimulate the immune system. It also has a mild sedative effect on the body. While frankincense helps you calm down your body, a pine needle effectively keeps your mind awake and clear. Grounding, earthy tones of patchouli have a balancing and calming effect. To give this musky, earthy smell a bit of spark, we used just a dash of lemongrass to eliminate mental fatigue. Use a couple of drops in your diffuser or oil burner and take a deep breath and enjoy your meditation.
